Our Manufactory

 

 

Weifang KDN Biotech Co., LTD is located in Gaomi County, Weifang City, Shandong Province, China. It was built in August 2008 and was put into operation in July of the following year. The manufactory covers a total area of 8 hectares that the total construction area is 60,000 square meters, which includes fermentation workshops, extraction workshops, power workshops, and warehouses. The company has 180 employees that including one Taishan scholar, two doctors, and eight masters. The proportion of employees with college and above education exceeds 50%.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fermentation Workshop with a total construction area of 12,000 square meters, which includes complete sets of three-stage fermentation and cultivation equipment, pilot scale-up equipment, and process automatic control system. The process is self-controlled, which means the machine can perform automatic control and data collection and storage of temperature, PH value, stirring, dissolved oxygen, and feeding, so as to ensure the stability of the production process.

 

 

Extraction Workshop with a total construction area of 20,000 square meters. This workshop conducts preliminary separation, concentration, purification, and standardized compounding of the fermentation broth.

 

 

Power Workshop has advanced air compression and refrigeration equipment, such as Atlas centrifugal air compressor, piston air compressor, York centrifugal refrigeration unit, Carrier screw refrigeration unit, etc.

 

 

Warehouse with a total construction area of 4500 square meters, which stores raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.

 

 

Sewage Treatment capacity can reach 400 cubic meters per day, and the effluent standard can reach COD<500mg/L, NH3-N<45mg/L. We adopt the biological method: desulfurization-anaerobic-nitrification denitrification-aeration, etc., and have facilities such as regulating tank, IC anaerobic reaction tower, aeration tank, automatic mud compactor, etc.

 

 

The third phase of the project is under construction that covers an area of 1.3 hectares and is expected to be put into operation by the end of 2024. The third phase of the project includes fermentation and extraction workshops for food enzymes and refined enzymes; a three-dimensional warehouse up to 40 meters; a fully automatic packaging workshop for feed enzymes and solid enzymes.
