Product Introduction
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Cellulase CTS mainly refers to a complex enzyme that can break down cellulose into 6 carbon sugar and 5 carbon sugar. It includes cellulases such as endoglucanase, exoglucanase, β-glucosidase and hemicellulases such as xylannase and xylosidase. Endoglucanase mainly degrades cellulose into amorphous cellulose, exoglucanase hydrolyzes amorphous cellulose into fiber oligosaccharides, and glucosidase hydrolyzes fiber oligosaccharides into monosaccharides. The cellulase is widely used in wine making, plant extraction, feed, food, fruit and vegetable processing, textile, cellulose ethanol and other fields. The specificity and proportion of each substrate are different, and only by selecting cellulase specifically can we solve the key problem.
