Focusing On Animal Intestinal Health, Evonik And Vland Signed A Cooperation Agreement To Establish A Joint Venture

To develop and promote animal intestinal health solutions for the global market, the joint venture between Evonik and Vland plans to be put into operation in the first quarter of 2024,focusing on animal intestinal health solutions such as probiotics.

On the afternoon of October 12, the cooperation signing ceremony and the unveiling ceremony of the joint venture between Evonik and Vland were held in Binzhou Huimin.

After the establishment of the joint venture, the two parties will cooperate to promote the animal intestinal health business, with products covering probiotics and related formula products to meet the needs of the Chinese market. In addition, the joint venture will also focus on developing new intestinal health products. According to the agreement, Evonik will also be responsible for the sales of the joint venture's products in overseas markets, and will add more product formulation ingredients to its global product portfolio, thereby expanding animal intestinal health solutions.
