Acid protease is a protease with Tianmen acid in its active center. It can cleave the peptide bond composed of a wide range of amino acids, preferentially cleave the peptide bond between aromatic or hydrophobic amino acid residues at both ends, especially the peptide bond composed of aromatic amino acids and other amino acids, and the products are small peptides and amino acids.

1. Acid protease can decompose animal or plant proteins into small peptides and amino acids in a slightly acidic environment. It can not supplement the deficiency of homologous enzymes in animals, promote digestion and absorption of animals and animal development, promote growth and weight gain of livestock and poultry, enhance disease resistance, improve feed utilization, and reduce feed costs.

2. Acid protease is a digestive enzyme, which is generally not used alone. It is added to feed as a feed additive in the form of compound enzyme. According to different animals, different development stages and the protein content in the feed, the dosage of acid protease is determined to be consistent with the enzyme preparation.


Definition of Activity Acid Protease

Recommended use conditions
