As a processing aid, enzyme preparations need immobilized enzyme activity for standardized production in industrial production. According to this principle, papain with an activity higher than 2 million u/g will be diluted with a carrier to reach the corresponding activity of 2 million u/g. Therefore, if "high-purity papain" is required, 2 million u/g papain can be selected.
