1. 2. Take one part of xanthan gum and mix it with ten or more parts of other dry raw materials, such as sugar, monosodium glutamate, salt, etc. in food production, then slowly pour it into the stirring water, soak for about two hours, and continue stirring. until completely dissolved.
3. Generally, it can be dissolved in cold water, or hot water. However, heating it to 90 degrees will greatly reduce the viscosity of xanthan gum.
